JEHOVAH-RAPHA, God my Healer:
Exodus 15:22-26, when the children of Israel came to Marah in the wilderness and could not drink the water because it was bitter, discloses the name Jehovah-Rapha. The Lord make a covenant of healing with His people and said that if they would keep all His commandments, He would be their health and healer continually. "...for I am the Lord that heals you." (Exodus 15:26)
JESUS THE MIRACLE WORKER works in us by His power as we yield to Him, obey and believe His Word. Dodie Osteen's book: Healed of Cancer will give you details and step-by-step instructions of how to get from fear to faith and total victory. It is in the product store. Her story is on the page: "Healed of Cancer." She is a pastor's wife and has always practiced good nutrition. Bad nutrition and lack of sleep can cause cancer but there are many causes. God heals when we do our part.
Dr. Lorraine Day (a Christian Doctor) did not practice good nutrition. Her lifestyle of overwork and bad eating habits caused cancer. To get healed she refused mutilating surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, ALL treatment methods except God's alone. She was healed of invasive breast cancer by reversing the deficient immune system with proper nutrition, pure water, sleep, and by prayer and standing on God's healing promises.
Dr. Day focuses on the nutrition deficiency and lack of sleep that led to cancer. She has videos and books to teach you how to have proper nutrition so you can do your part. God will always do His part. If you do not have Cancer, you may want to get her books and tapes because good nutrition will keep you from getting Cancer.
Keep your eyes on JESUS and not your cirmcumstances. Peter sank when He looked at the storm as he walked on the water with Jesus and you will too. The doctor's report,your finances, marriage problems, etc. are the storm. Do not focus on them but rather on Jesus the Miracle Worker, on His Healing Promises.
