"Behold, if the leprosy has covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that has the plague." Lev. 13:13

The provision for healing leprosy in the old testament is defined in Leviticus 13.  The sacrifice of animals provided for healing of the body and forgiveness of sins.  In the new testament Jesus healed lepers and gave believers power over all the works of the devil.  Because of His shed blood leprosy and all diseases of body and spirit and mind can be healed.

God who quickens the soul, heals the body

II Kings 5:1-19 Naaman is healed of leprosy through Elisha the Prophet.  Elisha would not take any money or material possesion which Naaman offered for his healing.  He told Naaman to dip seven times in the river.  It was a muddy river and Naaman was insulted.  He had to learn that the God of Israel was not swayed by rank or riches, and that any cure would be wholly God's work in response to faith.  

Pleading that the rivers of Damascus, Abanah and Pharpar, had purer waters to wash in, Naaman had also to learn that virtue was not in any waters, but in faith and obedience to God's word.

God wants our faith in Jesus whose blood cleanses us body, spirit, and mind.
