God Cares

GOD CARES FOR YOU

Whether you are thinking about God or not, He is still caring for you.  He is right there with you all the time.   When you are asleep, He is caring for you.  You are His personal concernGod is personally concerned about your welfare and your well-being all of the time! He is there to minister to you, to care for you, to lift you up. At your beckoned invitation, He will come and sustain you.He will carry you through the crisis. He will put a smile on your face and a song on your lips. And you will be able to say, I'm not moved by what I feel. I'm moved only by what I believe. And I believe that the Word says, God cares for me.

God has a sustaining power that you cannot get from anywhere else. Psalm 55:22 says, --
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. I want you to notice the word shall in this verse of Scripture. It carries with it the connotation that it will be done, no matter what! When you cast your care and anxieties on the Lord, there isn’t even a shadow of doubt that it will take place. He said, I shall sustain thee!-- The only person who can move you from God and His sustaining power is you. You can remove yourself, but God will not remove Himself.

You are blessed because God cares about you. You are blessed because you're God's child. You're blessed because God has no favorites. God loves all His children the same. And because you know that God cares for you, you can reach out and help someone else. You can show them that you care for them and God cares for them.

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.

1 Peter 5:7

Psalm 23  (msg) GOD, my shepherd! I don't need a thing.  You have bedded me down in lush meadows, you find me quiet pools to drink from.  True to your word, you let me catch my breath and send me in the right direction. Even when the way goes through Death Valley, I'm not afraid when you walk at my side. Your trusty shepherd's crook makes me feel secure. You serve me a six-course dinner right in front of my enemies. You revive my drooping head; my cup brims with blessing.

Psalm 23 (amp) THE LORD is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack. He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures; He leads me beside the still and restful waters. He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him--not for my earning it, but] for His name's sake. Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my [brimming] cup runs over.  Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and through the length of my days the house of the Lord [and His presence] shall be my dwelling place.

John 10:10  The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy but I (Jesus) have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.

A Life of God Worship and His Protection, Provision and Love

Psalm 34

I WILL bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.   My life makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble and afflicted hear and be glad.  O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.

I sought (inquired of) the Lord and required Him [of necessity and on the authority of His Word], and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

They looked to Him and were radiant; their faces shall never blush for shame or be confused.

This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

The Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him [who revere and worship Him with awe] and each of them He delivers.

O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good! Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts and takes refuge in Him.

O fear the Lord, you His saints [revere and worship Him]! For there is no want to those who truly revere and worship Him with godly fear.

The young lions lack food and suffer hunger, but they who seek (inquire of and require) the Lord [by right of their need and on the authority of His Word], none of them shall lack any beneficial thing.

Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you to revere and worshipfully fear the Lord.

What man is he who desires life and longs for many days, that he may see good?

Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.

Depart from evil and do good; seek, inquire for, and crave peace and pursue (go after) it!

The eyes of the Lord are toward the [uncompromisingly] righteous and His ears are open to their cry.

The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their distress and troubles.

The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are or crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent.

Many evils confront the [consistently] righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.

Evil shall cause the death of the wicked; and they who hate the just and righteous shall be held guilty and shall be condemned.

The Lord redeems the lives of His servants, and none of those who take refuge and trust in Him shall be condemned or held guilty.

PROSPERITY AND PROTECTION ARE A PART OF GOD'S LOVE: HIS SPIRITUAL LAWS KEEP US IN PERFECT PEACE AND PROSPERITY

John 10 (amp)    I ASSURE you, most solemnly I tell you, he who does not enter by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way (elsewhere, from some other quarter) is a thief and a robber.    2 But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 The watchman opens the door for this man, and the sheep listen to his voice and heed it; and he calls his own sheep by name and brings (leads) them out.  4 When he has brought his own sheep outside, he walks on before them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.  5 They will never [on any account] follow a stranger, but will run away from him because they do not know the voice of strangers or recognize their call.  6Jesus used this parable (illustration) with them, but they did not understand what He was talking about.
7 So Jesus said again, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that I Myself am the Door for the sheep.
8 All others who came [as such] before Me are thieves and robbers, but the [true] sheep did not listen to and obey them.
I am the Door; anyone who enters in through Me will be saved (will live). He will come in and he will go out [freely], and will find pasture.

10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).

11 I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd risks and lays down His [own] life for the sheep.
12 But the hired servant (he who merely serves for wages) who is neither the shepherd nor the owner of the sheep, when he sees the wolf coming, deserts the flock and runs away. And the wolf chases and snatches them and scatters [the flock].
13 Now the hireling flees because he merely serves for wages and is not himself concerned about the sheep [cares nothing for them].
14 I am the Good Shepherd; and I know and recognize My own, and My own know and recognize Me--
15 Even as [truly as] the Father knows Me and I also know the Father--and I am giving My [very own] life and laying it down on behalf of the sheep.
16 And I have other sheep [beside these] that are not of this fold. I must bring and  impel those also; and they will listen to My voice and heed My call, and so there will be [they will become] one flock under one Shepherd. 17 For this [reason] the Father loves Me, because I lay down My [own] life--to take it back again. 18 No one takes it away from Me. On the contrary, I lay it down voluntarily. [I put it from Myself.] I am authorized and have power to lay it down (to resign it) and I am authorized and have power to take it back again. These are the instructions (orders) which I have received [as My charge] from My Father.
